- I do not have severe joint, muscle, blood vessel, or nerve conditions that prevent me from exercising.I am scheduled for hormone therapy for at least 6 months.I do not have severe heart problems or stroke-related weakness.I am a man about to start hormone therapy for the first time.I have had a leg or foot fracture in the last 6 months.I am a man over 60 with active prostate cancer.I have had a hip or knee replacement.You are expected to live for at least 6 months after joining the study.
- Group 1: Progressive Resistance Training Exercise
- Group 2: Flexibility and Balance Exercise
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
