- You are expected to live for at least 6 more months.I have prostate cancer and am on or considering hormone therapy.I do not have uncontrolled heart pain or recent heart attacks.I can use a heart rehab app on my phone or tablet.I can care for myself and am able to join a cardiac rehab program if needed.You are currently experiencing suicidal thoughts or have been hospitalized for a mental health condition.I am a man aged 18 or older.You identify yourself as Black and/or African American.
- Group 1: Psychosocial intervention + Cardiac Rehab Services
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
