- You are considered overweight or obese based on your body mass index (BMI).You do less than 100 minutes of physical activity each week, as confirmed by a questionnaire.You have not taken any antibiotics in the last 45 days.Your weight has not changed by more than 10% in the last 6 months.You are taking metformin or other medications that might affect the main result of the study.You have been diagnosed with prediabetes based on specific blood test results from the past year or during the study screening.

- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
