This trial is for adults aged 18 to 85 who are at high risk for type 2 diabetes, which could mean they've had gestational diabetes or have an A1c level between 5.7-6.4. Participants must be comfortable using a mobile app and speak English. Pregnant individuals cannot participate.Check my eligibility
