Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- Your blood sugar level is higher than 200 mg/dL.You take certain medicines regularly that can affect your blood sugar levels.You have moderate to severe depressive symptoms, with a score of 10 or higher on the Patient Health Questionnaire-8.You have a health condition that would make it difficult for you to do light or moderate physical activities.You are currently in a weight loss program or getting counseling for weight loss surgery.You have a score of 27 or higher on the Binge Eating Scale.You weigh too much for your height, especially if you're Asian.You have a high risk score for diabetes according to the American Diabetes Association.Your blood sugar level while fasting is between 100-125 mg/dL.Your blood sugar is between 110 and 199 if you haven't eaten in the past 2 hours.

- Group 2: Group Lifestyle Balance Plus (GLB+)
