Study Summary
This trial will evaluate how personalized plans and email campaigns, with or without coaching, can increase outdoor walking and step count. 150 participants will be recruited, with 3 groups: control, intervention without coaching, and intervention with coaching. Outcomes include step count, habit strength, sleep quality, and self-efficacy.

- Group 1: Control
- Group 2: No-Coach
- Group 3: Coached
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
