- I cannot fully participate due to mental or physical limitations.I am Brazilian, speak Portuguese fluently, and have at least one risk factor.I am Brazilian, speak Portuguese fluently, and either don't exercise much, eat less than five fruits/vegetables a day, or smoke.You do not eat enough fruits and vegetables regularly (less than five servings per day).You don't exercise enough, which means you don't get at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week.You are a smoker, even if you smoke only a little.
- Group 1: Experimental
- Group 2: Waitlist control group
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
