BE-PHIT Trial Summary
This trial will test an exercise program to help women who had heart attacks get more physical activity and improve their quality of life. Participants will use activity trackers and complete surveys while 10 people will be interviewed for feedback.

"This medical study is seeking 60 men and women between the ages of 40-75 who have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease. Applicants must have had a diagnosis within 12 months prior to enrollment, completed an angiogram or CABG/PCI procedure, performed stress tests recently, self-reported physical inactivity, able to independently ambulate, possess access to computers or other smart devices for video conferencing purposes, be willing to use fitness trackers daily and visit MGB cardiologist before joining this trial."
