Furthermore, prospects must be employed part or full time with a desk job; not meeting physical activity recommendations; without any impediments that could prevent them from safely increasing their exercise levels; have internet access coupled with the necessary hardware for an e-health application; no medical restrictions precluding physical activity (as determined by a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire at screening)."
