- If you have Parkinson's disease, you cannot participate if you have other neurological conditions that affect thinking, orthopedic issues that affect walking, or cardiovascular problems that limit your ability to walk on a treadmill for 10-15 minutes. You also cannot participate if you have abnormal MRI results or other general health issues that make participation unsafe.(Healthy Controls): You have any problems that affect how you walk or keep your balance, any heart problems that make it difficult for you to walk on a treadmill for 10-15 minutes, or any abnormal MRI results. You also have any other conditions that make it unsafe for you to participate in the study.
- Group 1: Dual-task walking Intervention
- Group 2: Healthy Controls
- Group 3: Conventional Gait Rehabilitation
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

Do I meet the criteria for participation in this experiment?
"To qualify for this trial, participants must be aged between 55 and 70 years old and diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Furthermore, they must have walked at least 50 metres unaided in the past 6 months; attained a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 25 or higher; as well as having experienced an episode of Freezing Of Gait (FOG). In total 67 people are needed to take part."

"For this trial, the age range of participants must be between 55 and 70 years old."
