Study Summary

This trial aims to adapt/determine feasibility of a peer-supported physical activity program and its effects on people with Parkinson's. Participants will wear monitors, watch videos, connect w/ peers, & attend classes for 8 weeks.

Participants will engage in a peer-supported physical activity program, using mobile health tools like Fitbit and attending virtual exercise classes.
