"The principal aim of this clinical trial, with measurements spanning a period from 6 weeks to 7 months post birth, is to determine infant's total sleep duration. Secondary objectives include assessing the stress levels of parents via Perceived Stress Scale (Cohen), parent nightly restfulness as per Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (Buysse) and parental satisfaction through Parenting Sense of Competence Questionnaire (Gibaud-Wallston & Wandersman)."
