This trial will study the effects of dietary strawberry supplementation on obese middle-aged and older adults' cognition and mobility. It is hypothesized that the plant compounds in strawberries may improve these functions.

- I can see well enough, with or without glasses, to read and use a computer.I have diabetes or my fasting blood sugar is 126 mg/dL or higher, or I am on diabetes medication.I am not taking any medications or supplements that could affect the study results.I have liver issues or high liver enzyme levels.I cannot walk by myself for 20 minutes due to muscle or mobility issues.My kidney function is impaired, with creatinine over 1.5 mg/dL.My blood pressure is not well-managed.I have heart or lung conditions that make it hard for me to walk or breathe when I do.I have not had recent inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus.I have chronic conditions that make me more likely to fall or I have fallen in the last year without an unusual reason.I have not smoked or used nicotine/marijuana products in the last 3 months.I have not had cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer) or used cancer drugs in the last 3 years.I can walk by myself for 20 minutes.I am a woman who has not had a period for at least 12 months or have had both ovaries removed.I have had both breasts and some lymph nodes removed.I have a stomach or intestine condition affecting how my body absorbs medicine.I have had surgery on my stomach or intestines, except for removing my appendix.I have a clotting or bleeding disorder, or I am currently using blood thinners.I am between 55 and 75 years old.I have cognitive issues that affect my daily activities.

- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
