- You have a history of either type 1 or type 2 diabetes.You have had a previous solid tumor or bone marrow transplant.You are a child living within the boundaries of the EatWell delivery map.You have a history of allergies or intolerances to certain foods like dairy, gluten, soy, or any other ingredients in the meal kit.You have a history of a condition that makes it difficult for your body to absorb nutrients from food, like Crohn's disease or celiac disease.
- Group 1: Meal Kits
- Group 2: Delayed Meal Kits
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
