Development of a predictive software tool that will analyze dual-energy CT scans of the spine, and use the image information to estimate the probability of the patient to suffer an osteoporotic fracture.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- If you have a bone fracture, at least one of your lower back bones must not be fractured for the study.Women who are 60 years old or older, have confirmed osteoporosis from a prior DEXA scan.A bone density scan shows that you have fractures in the bones of your lower back.You have metal devices in your lower back.You have another medical condition that affects the bones in your lower spine, like certain types of bone damage.You are a Caucasian woman who is 60 years old or older and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis using a DEXA scan in the past.You have vertebral fractures of a certain severity, or you have not had a specific type of bone scan that shows no fractures.If you have a broken bone, at least one of the bones in your lower back should not be broken for the study.You have vertebral fractures that are at Genant Grade 2 or higher.
