Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a hip abnormality called hip dysplasia.You have had a previous surgery on the same side as your hip.You have a bone condition called avascular necrosis.You have recently broken your hip.You have a severe hip deformity that makes it impossible to use standard hip replacement components.You are willing and able to comply with follow-up requirements and self-evaluations.You need a special implant due to concerns like suspected metal allergy or coxa vera implant.You have severe hip arthritis and need surgery to replace your hip joint.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Avenir cementless hip stem
- Group 2: Corail HA-coated hip stem

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
