Study Summary
This trial will compare the effects of two different treatments for osteoarthritis: a standardized group exercise and education program, and an individualized exercise and education program. The goal is to see if the standardized program is associated with improvements in mobility, quality of life, pain management, and inflammatory biomarkers.
