Who is the study for?
This trial is for corrections professionals at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility and Oregon State Correctional Institution who have been employed for at least a month. It's not open to those working outside these facilities.Check my eligibility

Group I: Mindfulness Enhanced Web App-enabled Total Worker Health ProgramExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
The Total Worker Health Mindful Program will include 12, 45-minute sessions completed each week at participant's workplace. Sessions will be guided by written curriculum and focus on healthy eating, exercise, sleep and stress reducing behaviors enhanced by mindfulness activities. Participants will be provided with free enrollment codes to use the Headspace® application (app).
