- I have used oral contraceptives in the last 3 months.I am taking medication to manage my blood sugar or cholesterol.I have a history of heart or metabolic diseases.I have regular menstrual cycles.My menstrual cycles are irregular, shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days.I am between 18 and 45 years old.
- Group 1: High-intensity interval exercise and post-exercise Greek yogurt (HIIE+GY)
- Group 2: High-intensity interval exercise and post-exercise carbohydrate study supplement (HIIE +SS)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
