- Your blood pressure is not well controlled and is higher than 160/100 mmHg.Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 34.9.Your body mass index (BMI) is below 18.5 or above 34.9.You are currently taking any workout supplements like creatine, protein powder, or amino acids.You drink more than 12 alcoholic drinks every week.You eat a lot of mangoes, more than 5 servings every 2 weeks.You smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day.You have been in a weight loss program or gained or lost more than 10% of your body weight in the last 6 months.Your HbA1c levels are between 5.7% and 6.4%, or your blood sugar levels are between 100 mg/dL and 125 mg/dL.You do not have any long-term illnesses like cancer.You are taking more than one high blood pressure medication or have been taking them for less than 3 months.You have certain health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, asthma, or other ongoing serious illnesses.
