- My child can understand and agree to participate in the study.My child is between 5-12 years old and has a BMI in the top 5% for their age and sex.If you have a history of purging, which means making yourself vomit, using diuretics or laxatives as a way of controlling your weight.I am a parent and I am 18 years old or older.Both my child and I are comfortable speaking English.
- Group 1: Participating families
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
