"This clinical trial is seeking 165 individuals with obesity, aged between 18 and 60. The eligibility criteria for the study stipulate that participants must have a BMI of 27-46 kg/m2, no medical conditions (such as CVD or diabetes), be gender agnostic, lead sedentary lifestyles (<150 minutes per week of voluntary exercise at moderate intensity or greater and <60 min per day total physical activity in the past 3 months) not use nicotine products, live within 30 minutes of Anschutz Health & Wellness Center (exceptions can apply on case by case basis), capable to give informed consent and understand it."
