- Your average pain score in the past week is 4 or higher on a scale from 0 to 10.You have not received treatment for serious mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, psychoses, or major depression, or have a documented developmental delay.Your doctor says you shouldn't do physical exercise because of a medical condition.You are currently using opioid pain medication.You have been diagnosed with juvenile fibromyalgia by a doctor who specializes in treating children's joint and muscle problems, and your diagnosis follows specific guidelines set by the American College of Rheumatology.You have a disability that affects your daily activities and is at least moderately severe.You have another condition like juvenile arthritis or systemic lupus erythematous.
- Group 1: Graded Aerobic Exercise
- Group 2: Fibromyalgia Integrative Training for Teens
- Group 3: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
