"The aim of this trial is to find 50 participants that have pelvic floor disorders and are between 18-50 years old. Most importantly, patients should meet the following qualifications: They must have sustained damage to the perineum or pelvic floor from one or more of the following causes: third or fourth degree laceration, postpartum (no more than 4 weeks postpartum at time of group allocation), vaginal delivery, vacuum or forceps assisted vaginal delivery."
