TEAMS Trial Summary
This trial is comparing the effects of two different models for delivering an exercise, yoga, and Pilates program to adults with multiple sclerosis. The program will be delivered either on-site at a clinic or through telerehabilitation, and participants will be assigned to one of the two groups randomly. The trial has been adapted in response to the Covid-19 pandemic and is now conducting all testing remotely and incorporating a new study group that will receive the program remotely as well.
