- You need to have trouble with walking, moving between places, or keeping your balance, and a physical therapist will check this.You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Parkinsonism, or essential tremor.You can't keep your balance while using a support like a cane or walker.Your pain is too severe for you to take part in the study.You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Parkinsonism, or essential tremor.You need to have trouble walking, moving between positions, or keeping your balance to be evaluated by the physical therapist.You cannot walk, even with the help of a device.
- Group 1: Intervention of golf and rehab
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
