This trial will examine how practicing mindfulness can help occupational therapy students reduce stress and get back into activities that are meaningful to them after feeling disconnected.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for OT students over 18 years old, enrolled in an accredited entry-level graduate program in the continental US. Participants must attend a virtual mindfulness training and use the protocol weekly for four weeks.Check my eligibility
