- You exercise for more than an hour every day.You had a surgery in your digestive system that affects how your body digests and absorbs food.Your weight has changed by more than 5% in the past 6 months.You are taking medication for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, or weight loss.If you have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device that helps control your heart rate, you cannot participate in the MindWare procedure.You have a thyroid condition.You have polycystic ovary syndrome.You have a condition that causes blood vessels in your body to narrow, such as Raynaud's disease or Raynaud's phenomenon.You have a post-menopausal woman aged 45 - 65 years.You have a minimum age of 20 years.Your blood pressure is within a specific range, not too high or too low.Your body weight is within a certain range, not too low or too high.You have heart problems.You have a digestive disorder like Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or colitis.You are currently taking medications such as steroids, statins or painkillers like ibuprofen.You regularly take medicine that can be bought without a prescription.
