Study Summary

This trial will test if the Self-Help and Recovery Exchange's "Peer Toolkit" training improves the performance of peer support workers. Participants will be randomly assigned to the training now or later, and surveyed at baseline and 4 months. Results will inform how best to use the Peer Toolkit.

Group I: Peer Toolkit TrainingExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants assigned to this arm will attend online or in-person trainings on the SHARE! Peer Toolkit, which requires 60 hours of time to be completed over 10 weeks.
Group II: Wait-list ControlActive Control1 Intervention
The wait-list control will continue practice as usual and not receive peer toolkit training until after the follow-up data collection.
