This trial will test if a one-time pharmacist-led video consultation can help patients starting an oral cancer drug by reducing the number of drugs they need to take, avoiding drug interactions, and increasing patient confidence.

- I am taking three or more daily prescription medications besides my cancer treatment.I am 18 years old or older.I do not speak English or Spanish.I am not comfortable using video technology.I was prescribed a new oral cancer drug not part of a trial within the last 4 weeks.I am able to understand and agree to the study's requirements.
- Group 1: Video consultation group
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
