Study Summary
This trial will investigate the feasibility, acceptability, and safety of a tele-rehabilitation program for stage I-IIIA lung cancer survivors following curative intent therapy. The program will include inspiratory muscle training and behavioral support to promote walking. The primary outcome will be accelerometry-measured physical activity, and the secondary outcomes will be functional capacity, self-reported physical activity, control of dyspnea and anxiety symptoms, sleep quality, and quality of life.

- You are willing to wear devices that track your physical activity.You had surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy for lung cancer within the last 1 to 6 months.You had a collapsed lung within the last year.You have had early stage lung cancer in the past.You have Parkinson's disease.You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.You have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.Other movement or walking problems found by looking at your medical records.You have had a heart attack, dangerous heart rhythm, stroke, or severe asthma attack in the past 2 months.You have memory problems that make it hard for you to understand and follow instructions or give permission in writing.
- Group 1: Tele-rehabilitation
- Group 2: Education only
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
