- I have cancer, but it's not skin, prostate, cervical, or superficial bladder cancer treated over 5 years ago.It has been over 2 years since my last chest CT scan.I am currently on blood thinners like warfarin or heparin.I am currently smoking or quit smoking less than 15 years ago.I do not have severe heart conditions like unstable chest pain or chronic heart failure.I have severe breathing problems that require assistance.I am allergic to xylocaine, salbutamol, midazolam, or alfentanil.I am willing to have a spiral chest CT scan.I am fully active or can carry out light work.I have a bleeding disorder.My doctors think my lung cancer risk is at least 1% in the next year.
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
