CLBP Trial Summary
This trial is comparing a new treatment for back pain (BVN ablation) to standard care. If the new treatment is better, participants in the control group will be offered it after 12 months.

- I have sharp pain that travels down my leg or arm.I am at least 25 years old and my bones have stopped growing.I have had lower back pain for at least 6 months.I have had or currently have a spinal infection.You have Modic changes in your spine that are not between the third lumbar vertebra and the first sacral vertebra.You are currently involved in a lawsuit or have a financial reason to not fully recover from a back injury.You cannot have an MRI for medical reasons.Your doctor expects you to live for less than 2 years.My condition did not improve after 6 months of non-surgical treatment.
- Group 1: Standard Care Control
- Group 2: BVN Ablation
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
