Study Summary

This trial will compare two different temperatures for radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of the medial branch nerve of the facet joint to treat chronic lower back pain. The first group will have RFA at 70 degrees Celsius and the second group will have RFA at 90 degrees Celsius. The trial will compare the two groups to see if there is a difference in pain relief, functionality, mood, quality of life, and opioid consumption.
