- You currently practice yoga for at least 2 hours a week.You live in a community, not in a hospital or care facility.You have not received self-management education in the past year.You have trouble thinking clearly and making decisions.You can stand up on your own or with help from a device.Patients who have been referred to the UC Health Integrated Medicine Clinic for long-term COVID symptoms.
- Group 1: MY-Skills Mobile
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"This clinical trial's primary measure of success to be tracked over a seven-day interval is the Feasibility-Use metric. Other metrics, such as PROMIS Fatigue (a 13 question survey), Short Form 36 (36 questions pertaining to physical and mental health outcomes) and Brief Pain Inventory (9 questions about pain severity and impact on daily life) will also be taken into account."
