Group I: Alcohol Use Disorder OnlyActive Control1 Intervention
Individuals in the Alcohol Use Disorder Only arm will meet criteria for alcohol use disorder but will not show evidence of advanced alcohol-associated liver disease. Both arms receive the same brief motivational intervention with personalized feedback.
Group II: Alcohol Associated Liver Disease + Alcohol Use DisorderActive Control1 Intervention
Individuals in the Alcohol Associated Liver Disease + Alcohol Use Disorder arm will meet criteria for alcohol use disorder and also show evidence of advanced alcohol-associated liver disease. Both arms receive the same brief motivational intervention with personalized feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have been diagnosed with a mental disorder that causes hallucinations or delusions.If you are a man and drink 14 or more alcoholic drinks per week on average, or if you are a woman and drink 7 or more alcoholic drinks per week on average.You have signs of alcohol addiction, such as experiencing at least two symptoms listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual-5.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Alcohol Use Disorder Only
- Group 2: Alcohol Associated Liver Disease + Alcohol Use Disorder

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
