What key goals is this trial attempting to accomplish?

"This medical trial will measure its primary outcome, the Frequency of Participants' Perception of web-based mindfulness meditation, across a time frame not exceeding 90 days. Secondary outcomes consist of assessing mean changes in scores from validated surveys such as the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire Short Form (FFMQ-SF), National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Distress Thermometer scores and European Organization for the Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC QLQ-C30).
