Intermittent Hypoxia for Balance Control
Study Summary
This trialwill study the effects of hypoxia on ankle muscle activation during walking & balance in younger & older adults. Participants will switch between hypoxia & sham, and muscle activation levels will be measured. It is hypothesized that hypoxia will increase muscle activation in both groups.

- Group 1: Intermittent Hypoxia
