Study Summary
This trial is designed to study the effects of an algae-based dietary supplement on the immune system. Twenty-four healthy adults will take either the supplement or a placebo at different times and have their immune status, cytokine levels, and immune responsiveness tested. The trial will last for 3 weeks.

- You are going through a lot of stressful things in your life right now.You are currently involved in intense athletic training, like training for a marathon.Your veins are easily visible in both arms.You are regularly taking anti-inflammatory medicines, except for low-dose aspirin (81 mg).You are a healthy adult.You are currently taking certain medications for mental health conditions like clozapine, Risperdal, Abilify, Zyprexa, or Seroquel.You are not willing to take supplements consistently throughout the study period.You feel very nervous or scared about getting your blood drawn.You have food allergies or sensitivities to the test product or placebo.
- Group 1: Experimental Group A
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
