This trial will study the effects of eating peanuts on immunity and cardiometabolic health.

Who is the study for?
Adults aged 18-70 without a peanut allergy, bad dentures, or high current nut consumption can join. Those on immune supplements, recent antibiotics or corticoids, certain other meds, or vaccinated within the last 6 months are excluded.Check my eligibility

The study is testing if eating peanuts improves immune function and benefits heart health markers. Participants will consume peanuts to see changes in their immunity and cardiometabolic risk factors.See study design
