Group I: NOVALOC TiNExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Each subject will receive 4 implants. Implants will be placed flapless using a guided surgical protocol and will be immediately loaded by means of a NOVALOC TiN retained maxillary overdenture.

I need full mouth surgical extractions and implants. Almost all teeth have broken below gum line, only have 4 front lowers left, cannot barely chew food and health declining. Multiple abscess for many years. Need help please!
