Who is the study for?

This trial is for adults with Type 2 Diabetes or Hypertension who are on Medicaid, can get texts, speak English, control their diet, and won't move for a year. They must have an A1c of 7-12% or diagnosed hypertension and be facing food insecurity.Check my eligibility

What is being tested?

The study tests if getting weekly home deliveries of healthy foods through Instacart Fresh Funds helps manage Type 2 Diabetes or Hypertension. Participants will also complete surveys before and after the 12-week program.See study design
