This trial looks at how eating at the wrong time affects blood pressure, kidney and vascular health.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for men and women aged 18-45 with slightly elevated or stage 1 high blood pressure. It's not for smokers, those using melatonin, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, recent travelers across time zones, antioxidant users who can't stop during the study, people unable to consent, chronic disease sufferers, those on blood pressure meds, insomniacs, intermittent fasters in the past six months, shift workers or hormone therapy patients.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study examines how eating meals at different times (morning vs. evening) affects blood pressure and kidney and vascular function in individuals with high blood pressure.See study design
