This trial will study if providing Black women with hypertension & obesity access to grocery delivery, cooking classes & nutrition education can reduce their risk of CVD.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for Black or African descent women over 18 with obesity (BMI ≥ 30) and high blood pressure (≥130/85 or diagnosed). They must be able to cook at home, understand English, and give informed consent. Those with cancer treatment, liver/kidney disease, pregnancy, or cognitive issues can't join.Check my eligibility

The RN-CHeFRx intervention is being tested on its ability to help improve healthy eating habits and control blood pressure. It includes a 12-week program of grocery delivery, cooking classes, and nutrition education specifically designed for Black women with hypertension and obesity.See study design
