Eligibility Criteria Checklist
Specific guidelines that determine who can or cannot participate in a clinical trial Must have
Be older than 18 years old
Timeline
Screening 3 weeks

Study Summary
This trial will study if and how RV pacing can help people with PAH by looking at electrical activation in the RV, mapping the area of latest activation, and then evaluating the hemodynamic and energetic effects of RV pacing in these patients.
Eligible Conditions
- Right Ventricular Dysfunction
- Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Study Objectives
Outcome measures can provide a clearer picture of what you can expect from a treatment.Primary outcome measures
Change in contractility (Ees)
Secondary outcome measures
Change in stroke volume
Coronary sinus oxygen saturation
Pressure-volume loop area

Experimental Treatment
Group I: Single ArmExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
All patients will undergo hemodynamic measurements at baseline, with the intervention, and post-intervention thus serving as their own control.
