This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have gained or lost more than 3 kilograms of weight in the last 3 months.I have a digestive disorder like trouble absorbing fats or lactose intolerance.You are a smoker.I weigh more than 110 pounds and my BMI is between 20.0 and 29.9.Your liver or kidney tests show abnormalities, or your fasting blood sugar is higher than 100mg/dL.You have been doing intense exercise in the last 3 months or have not done any exercise 3 days before the testing day.You regularly drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks a day.I am a healthy adult between 18-29 years old from the Lafayette, IN area.I am taking medication or supplements that affect my cholesterol levels.
