- You have gained or lost more than 3 kilograms of weight in the last 3 months.I have a digestive disorder like trouble absorbing fats or lactose intolerance.You are a smoker.I weigh more than 110 pounds and my BMI is between 20.0 and 29.9.Your liver or kidney tests show abnormalities, or your fasting blood sugar is higher than 100mg/dL.You have been doing intense exercise in the last 3 months or have not done any exercise 3 days before the testing day.You regularly drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks a day.I am a healthy adult between 18-29 years old from the Lafayette, IN area.I am taking medication or supplements that affect my cholesterol levels.
- Group 1: Resistant starch
- Group 2: Control
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
