Study Summary

This trial aims to compare the effects of three different liquid IV electrolyte products (Hydration multiplier, Sugar Free formulation with Amino Acids, and Sugar Free with allulose) on hydration in

Who is the study for?
This trial is for young, active men and women who are interested in understanding how different hydration solutions affect their body's water levels. Participants should be healthy with no medical conditions that could interfere with the study.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests three Liquid IV products: Hydration Multiplier, Sugar Free with Amino Acids, and Sugar Free with allulose against plain water. It measures which keeps you hydrated longer by checking urine output and electrolyte levels after drinking them.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since the interventions involve common rehydration solutions, side effects may be minimal but can include digestive discomfort or changes in urination patterns due to varying electrolyte contents.
