LINK2 Trial Summary
This trial will develop and implement a youth service navigation intervention to improve linkage and retention among those at risk for incarceration and youth with HIV who have recently experienced incarceration or arrest, with the goal of reducing HIV prevalence among this population.

"The target demographic for this medical study is adolescent and young adult patients between the ages of 16 and 25."
Who is entitled to participate in this clinical inquiry?
"This study is accepting 240 HIV-positive individuals aged 16 to 25, who meet the following criteria: Diagnosed HIV+; At least 18 but younger than 26 (25 and 364 days); Non-cis women; Fluent in speaking English; Have an anticipated sentence of no more than 12 months; Going to live in the State of Illinois, LA County, Kern County, San Diego County, Riverside County, Ventura County or San Bernardino County. In addition they must demonstrate a history of incarceration within last twelve months prior to enrollment or be at risk for imprisonment due to mental illness issues, substance abuse problems financial hardship homelessness unstable housing over past"
