- I was hospitalized for heart failure in the last 6 months.The doctor thinks the patient may only live for a short time, has been hospitalized for heart failure multiple times, has low blood pressure, low sodium levels, high NTproBNP levels, low kidney function, or takes a high dose of diuretics.The doctor thinks the patient may not live longer than 2 years, or may die within 1 year from any cause, or has been hospitalized for heart failure 3 times in the past year, or has had low blood pressure readings 2 times in the past 6 months.I have advanced heart failure (NYHA Class III or IV).I was hospitalized for heart failure in the last 6 months.I am 65 years old or older.It seems like you haven't provided the criterion for me to rewrite. - No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
