Group I: HEART Camp ConnectExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants will have access to a virtual exercise platform or membership to a medical exercise facility. Participants will meet with a virtual exercise coach via Zoom on a weekly basis.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You had a heart attack, heart surgery, or got a pacemaker less than 6 weeks ago.You have an implantable device that helps control your heart rhythm.You have had an ultrasound of your heart in the past year.You have bone or muscle problems that make it hard for you to do aerobic exercise.You have been diagnosed with heart failure and your heart's pumping function is above a certain level.You have a serious illness that might prevent you from finishing the study.You are not fit enough to safely do exercise.You have unstable angina or experience significant shortness of breath with light activity.Your score on a diagnostic test is less than 6.You have signs of severe heart failure.
